Welcome to the Family Health Organization for Brockton and Area. Our group of healthcare professionals provide care to our community through local hospitals and family practices. The Brockton and Area Family Health Organization works with the Family Health Team to provide health care for around 10,000 patients.
The Family Health Organization is not accepting new patients at this time. To find a family doctor, please register with Health Care Connect today. Health Care Connect helps Ontarians who do not have a healthcare provider to find one within their community.
