We have Big Brothers and Big Sisters, several Women’s Institutes, Guiding and Scouting leaders, and those who work with challenged children and adults. From the Dirt Pigs ball team to the South Bruce Grey Health Centre Walkerton District Hospital Foundation Board, Brockton and South Bruce have a volunteer position for everyone.

Heritage preservation is an important part of the community, which is home to many historic sites including private residences, public and commercial buildings, and places of worship.
